This Privacy Policy describes how mobile applications developed by WAGENCONTROL s.r.o., (“we”, “our”, “us”) handle information and protect user privacy.
We are committed to transparency and to processing only the minimum data necessary for the proper operation of our applications.

  1. Information We Collect and Process

Our applications are designed to work with telematics devices and the UNUM cloud platform.
We collect and process only the data required to ensure functionality, security, and reliability of the App.

1.1. User Account Information

  • The App stores your login and password for accessing your UNUM Cloud account.
  • This information is stored securely on your device and used solely for authentication.
  • The App does not transmit this information to any third parties and does not use it for analytics, marketing, or profiling.

1.2. Location and Bluetooth Access

  • The App may request access to your device’s location only to enable Bluetooth device discovery, as required by the Android operating system.
  • The App does not collect, store, or transmit any actual location data.
  • Location access is used exclusively for establishing Bluetooth connections with compatible devices.

1.3. Equipment and Technical Data

  • The App processes operational data received from telematics equipment and/or the UNUM Cloud platform (e.g., voltage, RPM, fuel level, temperature, etc.).
  • This data is processed only for display and analysis within the App.
  • These data sets do not include or relate to any personal or identifying information of the user.

1.4. Automatically Processed Technical Information

  • The App may automatically collect non-personal technical data such as device model, Android version, or error logs.
  • This information is used solely for performance monitoring, debugging, and improving app reliability.
  • It cannot be used to identify you personally.

We use the limited information described above for the following purposes:

  1. To ensure stable operation and connectivity with hardware devices and cloud services.
  2. To improve and optimize app performance and user experience.
  3. To detect and resolve technical issues or outages.

If any new purposes for data processing arise, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain your consent.

  1. Data Storage and Sharing
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to third parties.
  • The App does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking components.
  • Any temporary data such as logs or cached information is stored locally on your device and is automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled.
  1. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are intended for users aged 13 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These include encryption, secure storage, and restricted access to confidential information.
